You are trusting Nodux with your tickets, your customers and your entire operation. We don't take that lightly. Here we tell you, with no smoke and mirrors, how we look after it, and why the one in charge of that data is always you.
How we look after your operation
The essentials of a tool that runs your business: that nothing gets lost, that only the people who should get in do, and that you know exactly where it all is.
Encryption in transit
Everything travels over HTTPS/TLS between your device and Nodux. On public networks or mobile data, your information is encrypted all the way.
You know where your data is
Hosted in the United States (US East region), with the providers published by name. If your operation requires another region, we tell you straight. See the details.
Backups of your information
Database backups, so that a mistake, an accidental deletion or an outage doesn't take your history down with it.
Role-based access
Each person sees only what is theirs to see: the owner everything, the tech their tickets, the salesperson their customers, and the customer their own case. No everyone seeing everything.
Audited deletion
When you delete something, it is deleted in cascade (with no loose leftovers) and there is a record of who did it and when. Destructive actions are reserved for administrators.
Works offline, without losing anything
You log tickets, photos and statuses with no signal out in the field, and it all syncs on its own when the internet comes back. Nothing gets lost along the way.
You are in charge of your data
You are not the tool's hostage. Your information comes in, goes out and gets deleted when you decide.
- You export it.
- Your data is yours, and you can take it with you (for example, your customer list to Excel).
- You delete it.
- You close your account and we delete your information. The deletion cascades and is audited.
- You control who gets in.
- You invite and remove people on your team, and you decide the role each one has.
- We don't sell your data or your customers' data.
- We do not trade it or use it for anything other than making Nodux work for you.
- Every shop is isolated.
- Your information and another shop's never mix: each account runs in its own space.
No fine print. Nodux is developed by Nodux Tech LLC, from Costa Rica. We don't list certifications we don't have, and we don't sell fear: what exists is published and can be verified. If your team needs the technical detail (where each piece of data lives, which providers are involved, how it is backed up, what happens if we stop operating), it is all in the technical documentation.
