  • New

📭 Now you can see who on your team isn't receiving your emails, and you can reactivate them yourself. In "My team", that person's row shows "Not receiving emails" with the reason (the address bounced because it doesn't exist, or we were marked as spam) and a button to reactivate it. Before, it was a black hole. The typical case: you invite someone before their company has created their mailbox, the email bounces, the address gets silently blocked, and when the mailbox finally exists it no longer matters, because all three ways back in (the invitation, the password reset and the magic link) go through email. Since no admin can set a password for anyone, that person was locked out without the screen saying a word.

  • New

✏️ If the email domain is misspelled, we warn you before the person gets locked out. You enter "@panaderiadelvaile.com" when the rest of your team is on "@panaderiadelvalle.com" and Nodux flags it right there, with a button to fix it in one go. It warns at the three doors where someone else's email gets typed: adding a team member, the row in My team and in Customers, and the invitation by code. The fine line matters: it only kicks in when the domain LOOKS LIKE the one you already use, not when it's different, so a legitimate gmail doesn't bother anyone. One swapped letter left that person without an invitation, with "user not found" when trying to log in, and with a "forgot my password" that answers the same whether the address exists or not: three symptoms and no signal, with the data in plain sight in the next row.

  • New

🔧 And that email can now be corrected, including a co-admin's and a customer's. Before, there was no screen anywhere in the app to fix it: a co-admin couldn't be edited, and neither could a customer user, so a typo locked them out forever. Now the shop owner can correct a co-admin's name, phone, job title and email (only the owner: changing someone's email lets you request the reset to the new address and take over the account, so between admin peers it would be privilege escalation), and customer users have "Fix email" in their own row. Also, "Re-invite" warns you when the address is blocked or the domain is suspicious, instead of sending the link into the void.

  • New

📬 The email history for an address, so you know whether it arrived. From the email warning, or from a customer's "never logged in", you open everything we sent them and what happened to each one: delivered, bounced or delayed. "Delayed" is the earliest signal of the three: the server on the other end won't accept it and it keeps being retried, and it almost always means the domain is misspelled. "Delivered" means the recipient's server received it, so if the person still tells you it didn't arrive, it's their spam or a filter at their company, not Nodux.

  • Polish

✉️ The field for sending the invitation by email is no longer hidden. When generating an invite code it lived collapsed under "Advanced settings", and the misspelled-domain warning was hidden in there too. Now it's a step of its own: "How should we get it to them?". If you leave it empty, the code is generated and you share it yourself over WhatsApp, as always.

  • Fix

📄 Five documents could come out cut off if you downloaded them from your phone: delivery notes, quotes, the customer dashboard, customer reports and the ticket history. On iOS and on several Android devices the browser crops very large images without warning, so the PDF came out cut off at the bottom, and if the part that got cut was the signatures, the document was useless. The app's eight PDF generators now adjust the size on their own, and we added an automatic check so the next document we add is born protected.

  • Fix

🗃️ The button to archive a ticket, where you'd look for it. In the list it hung off the "Closed" tab: if you were looking at a closed ticket from "All", which is where most of them live, nothing showed up, and anyone who didn't know that tab existed concluded that archiving didn't exist. Now it depends on the ticket's status and not on where you're standing, and in the detail view it's also at the top, in the action bar, without having to scroll to the bottom of the page. While we were at it, the ticket that said "FINISHED" in green now says "Ready to close" in amber in the detail view too, just like in the list: finished is the phase of the work, not the status of the ticket.

  • Fix

🖥️ The login no longer goes blank on computers without graphics acceleration. The 3D mockup on the sign-in screen left the screen empty on old computers or ones with acceleration turned off. Now, if the browser can't draw it, the login shows up anyway without it.

📋 Your service sheet can be a grid of areas by tasks, not a list. If your report is a matrix (nine areas by eleven tasks, with Yes or No at each intersection), as a list it turned into ninety-nine rows and four pages. Now you build it exactly as it is in the template: the rows are your areas and the columns your routine. The data type goes per column, so "Cleaning: Yes/No" and "Voltage: 220 V" live side by side on the same sheet. And an unchecked cell isn't the same as a "No": one says nobody checked it, the other that it was checked and was wrong. No preset comes with a ready-made grid, because areas we made up aren't yours.

  • Fix

📐 Report readings are now actually saved. The measurements block could be turned on in the template, and it even came preloaded in five of the presets, but what the technician wrote down wasn't saved anywhere: the section never came out in print. Now it has somewhere to be saved and it shows up in the PDF.

🏷️ Whoever signs a loan gets their own copy, and can sign from the portal. The signed document is sent to the person who signed, with their name and the date, so they have a record of what they agreed to (before, they saw a "done" message and were left with nothing). And a customer who logs in with their account can now sign it from their portal, not just from the link in the email. Reports and delivery notes go out with your shop's branding.

  • Fix

🎥 Two more fixes in reports: the notice that there's an evidence video was missing precisely from the PDF the shop prints (it was only in the customer's), and in Documents the technician saw a filter that in their case never gets filled in.

🤝 Loans: the equipment that leaves the shop and has to come back. A new module, separate from Rentals, because a loan isn't billed: what matters is when the machine comes back and what condition it left in. You record the delivery note with the per-part condition checklist, the accessories inventory and the photos, and that's what sets the loan in motion, so there can't be an active loan without a record of how the equipment left. You schedule the follow-up visit, and when it's returned you compare it against the delivery. When closing, you record what happened: returned, purchased, extended or lost, because the purchase clause is usually the commercial reason for the loan. It comes with a panel with a due-date traffic light, a timeline with photos, CSV export and the document to sign, which reaches the customer by email with the file attached. A piece of equipment can't be on loan and rented out at the same time. Requested by a shop that lends a stretch-wrapping robot for fifteen days so the customer can evaluate it and until now put the document together in Word.

  • New

🔗 The link you share with your team now shows what was done, not just that the ticket moved forward. Before, it had the progress bar and the reports, which say the ticket moved but not what happened, which is exactly what the group asks in the chat. Now it adds "What was done", with the technician's comments and photos: who wrote, when, and thumbnail images that open full size. It also includes the registered equipment, the GPS proof of the visit and the footer with the last-updated date, so you know whether what you're looking at is fresh. The shop's internal notes don't travel: that link gets forwarded with no control and can end up in the customer's hands.

🔢 Search boxes now tell you how many are left as you type. In any search field in the app (customers, equipment) the line below now shows "12 of 453 results" and the number updates keystroke by keystroke, so you know whether it's worth typing more or you can already look at the list. Small, but it changes how you use it: filtering stops being blind. The digits use fixed width so the text doesn't shift sideways with each keystroke, and lists come in with a short transition, only when they open, not on every keypress, because re-animating 453 rows while you type feels slow instead of lively.

  • New

🔎 Go in by serial number: pull the report for ONE machine without remembering which customer it belongs to. When the problem reaches you as "scale 29047381 has had three visits this month", before you first had to guess whose machine that was in order to get to it. Now, when you open Customer reports, at the top you have "Already know which equipment?": you type the serial (or the name, brand or model) and it searches across ALL your customers. Each result tells you whose equipment it is and how many tickets it has, with the ones still open highlighted. You pick it and the report is set up for that machine and its customer; then you can switch between Service, Assets and Rentals and the selection stays.

  • New

🧰 Now you can give your customer a report on their ASSETS. In the same module as the service report there's a new tab: it produces the full list of their equipment (name, serial number, branch, when it was installed and until when it's under warranty) and, next to each one, how it behaved: how many services it had in the period, when the last one was and whether it has scheduled maintenance. It serves two purposes in the same meeting: the customer confirms their installed base is loaded correctly, and sees at a glance which machine is calling for attention. Equipment that never had a service comes out flagged, which is usually the most interesting data point on the sheet.

  • New

🏷️ And the RENTALS report: what they're renting, since when and how much they pay. Another tab in the same module. It lists each rented unit with its contract: since when, the amount, how many days between charges, when the next charge is and the security deposit. Paused ones show up too, clearly labeled (the equipment is still at their site, only the billing was stopped). If you have contracts with different periods or currencies, the totals are split by each one: we don't convert between them, because a number your customer doesn't recognize on their invoice isn't data, it's an argument.

  • Polish

🧭 "Reports" now says which reports we're talking about. There were two sections in the menu with almost the same name that got mixed up: the one under Work became "Work reports" (the document the technician fills in after the service and the customer signs) and the one under Customers is "Customer reports", which are the three you hand over at the meeting (service, assets and rentals). Each one now says who it's for, which is what really sets them apart: the technician also calls theirs a "service report" when finishing a visit.

  • Polish

🎛️ The report filters moved to the top and are now fully visible. They were in a column on the left, and the side menu, which opens on its own when you hover the mouse, landed on top of them right when you were about to use them; sometimes the customer list ended up floating over the menu, with no way to see where it came from. Now they sit in a bar at the top, like in Deliveries: customer and period on the first line, and branch, equipment and rental on the second. The three reports share the same filters, so a selection you built in one is already applied when you switch tabs.

August 3, 2026

  • New

📄 The Service report is now a full screen, and you slice it however you need. It used to be a small window: pick customer, pick month, look at the sheet. Now it opens full screen with a filter panel on the side, and you can request the report for ONE branch ("how did we do at the Downtown store?"), for a specific unit (searching by name or serial number) or only for the equipment you have out on rental. Filters combine: "the Downtown scales that are rented out" is a valid report. At the top we show you the summary before you download anything (tickets, closed, % within SLA and average resolution) and a line that says in words what scope you're looking at, so you never hand over a report thinking it covers the whole installed base when it was for a single store.

  • New

📊 Download the report as CSV, in addition to PDF. The PDF is the document you hand to the customer; the CSV is the same information to open in Excel and cross-reference with your own data. Each row includes the equipment, its serial number and its branch, so you can group by store or by machine without cross-referencing anything by hand again, which is exactly what you had to do before, copying the table from the PDF.

  • New

🔍 Find the equipment by typing, not scrolling. When linking equipment to a ticket there was a dropdown list with ALL of the customer's units. With ten units it works; with the 453 of a supermarket chain, it doesn't. Now you type and it filters, and it also searches by serial number, brand, model and branch, not just by name. It's the difference between having the serial in hand and not being able to use it, or finding the machine right away. We also tell you on that same line that you type there, because the field looks like a dropdown and habit says you click a dropdown.

  • Polish

⬇️ "Export" in Equipment, Maintenance and Inventory downloads what you're looking at. If you filtered by customer, by status or by anything else, the file comes out with that filter applied, not with the full list. It sounds obvious, and it's the difference between a file you use and one you have to clean up by hand.

  • Fix

🖥️ The work report opened from a ticket looked cut off. When you came in from the ticket, the report screen was clipped to a few centimeters tall instead of filling the window, and on top of that the "Back to ticket" button was covered by the icon bar on the left. Both things came from the same animation when switching sections. It's fixed now, and we added an automatic check so it doesn't come back.

  • Fix

🏢 A customer's record wouldn't open in Customers. Opening a company's detail view threw an error and nothing loaded. It was a problem building the database query. Fixed.

August 1, 2026

  • New

📨 Your customer emails you and the ticket opens by itself. Each shop now has its own address (you'll find it in Settings, below your public link, with a button to copy it). Whoever reports a fault to you sends an email like they'd send any other, with the photos attached, and the ticket gets created with their name, their company and the images inside. No logging in to Nodux, no password, no explaining to anyone how to use a new system. Paste it in your email signature or give it to the managers who let you know about the machines. Heads up: it only opens a ticket if the sender is already set up as one of your customers or contacts, so the address doesn't fill up with spam the day it shows up somewhere.

July 31, 2026

  • New

✉️ Your customer replies to the ticket email and their reply goes into the thread. Before, when someone answered a Nodux notification, that message landed in the inbox of whoever received it: outside the ticket, invisible to the rest of the team, and you had to copy it by hand or it got lost. Now it shows up in the ticket on its own, with the name of whoever wrote it and visible to everyone who has access. Your customer doesn't need to log in to Nodux or remember any password: they reply to the email like they reply to any other. For security, only replies from people who already have access to that ticket get in; if someone forwarded the email to a third party, that message doesn't sneak in.

  • New

📭 We let you know when a customer is NOT getting your emails. Until now, if a contact's address was misspelled or no longer existed, the email got lost silently: you sent the quote and nobody found out it never arrived. Now, in the customer's record, that address appears struck through with the reason (it bounced because it doesn't exist, or they marked you as spam) and we stop retrying it, which is what keeps your other emails from ending up in spam. You fix the address and we try again.

July 30, 2026

  • Polish

🧹 We removed "For you today" from the tickets bar. We were told that in practice it didn't add anything: what it flagged there (tickets to close, overdue SLAs, quotes with no reply) already reaches you through the notification bell and email, and on the board you have it at hand with the "Delayed / Urgent / Unassigned" and "Where to focus" chips. It was the same alert told three times. Less noise at the top and one less thing to check; nothing you used to find out there is lost.

July 27, 2026

  • New

📅 Record when each unit was installed, and bring in your complete historical installed base. On each equipment record we added "Installed on": the commissioning date, which is different from the purchase date and is the one that matters for traceability: knowing how long a machine has been running and when it makes sense to offer it maintenance. And if you're loading your fleet from an Excel file, the import now understands the "installation" column: you upload your base of already-installed equipment with the real date for each one, not just the new ones. It works for the customer portal (My fleet) and for the shop's Assets.

  • Polish

👥 "My shop" is now called "My team", so you can find it. That's where you add and invite your people (technicians, salespeople and co-admins), but with the old name the section was hard to find. We gave it the name people look for and made it very clear at the top that this is where you invite. Oh, and from an installed unit's record you can now jump straight to "Schedule maintenance" and leave the recurring check-up set up; before, they were two separate screens you had to connect by hand.

  • Polish

🎥 The evidence video now lives in the ticket. A work report is a sheet for printing, and paper doesn't play video. So the short evidence video is recorded or attached in the ticket (where the app does play it) and the report simply notes that one exists. Less hassle to upload it (it accepts whatever any phone records) and no more black rectangles in the PDF.

July 23, 2026

  • New

🏷️ Stick a QR code on each machine and let anyone report a fault to you. From an equipment record you generate its QR label and print it (it comes with the equipment's name and the instructions). You stick it on the machine and that's it: whoever is nearby (an operator, the store manager, anyone) scans it with their phone and reports what's wrong, without installing anything and without a Nodux account. You get an email right away and the report is saved on that equipment's record. And if you're the one scanning, the same page offers to take you straight into your account.

  • New

📸 QR reports now accept a photo. The person reporting can attach a photo from their phone; the rear camera opens directly, because they're standing in front of the machine. Often the photo explains the fault better than any written description. You see it as a thumbnail and open it full size, both in the fault alert and on the equipment record.

  • New

🔔 All the faults reported to you, in one place. Above "Equipment" there's an alert with the open faults across your ENTIRE fleet: which unit it is, what was reported, by whom and how long ago. You mark them as resolved right there. Before, you only found out by email or by going into each unit one by one, so it was easy to miss one. If there are none open, the alert doesn't show up and doesn't take up screen space.

  • Polish

📱 The bottom menu on phones is now in the same order as the tabs at the top. Before, "Equipment" and "Dashboard" were swapped between one bar and the other, so the second button took you to one place or the other depending on where you looked. Now both say the same thing: Tickets · Dashboard · Equipment · Costs. Also, "Costs" is now in the bottom bar too, within thumb's reach; the spot was freed up by "Create", which was already duplicated by the floating orange button.

This is what happened over the last few weeks. If you want to see how it applies to your shop, we'll show you with a case from your trade.
