At Nodux (operated by Nodux Tech LLC) we process personal data under a simple principle: your information is yours, and we only use it to make the service work for you. Here we explain, without beating around the bush, what data we handle and what rights you have.
1.Who the controller is
Nodux Tech LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, USA, with its address at 2187 SW 1st St, Suite 1029, Miami, FL 33135 (USA), is the controller of your account data. We operate from Cartago, Costa Rica. Contact: soporte@nodux.link · +506 8776-6311.
2.What data we process
- Your account data: name, email, phone, country, name of the shop/company and the role of each team member.
- Usage data: what you do inside the app (tickets, quotes, etc.) and basic technical data (device type, access logs) to operate and improve the service.
- Content you upload: including information about your own customers (for example, name and contact details for a ticket). You act as the controller of that data, and Nodux processes it on your behalf to provide the service to you.
- Payment data: if you sign up for a paid plan, it is processed by a payment provider; Nodux does not store your full card numbers.
3.What we use it for
- Providing the service and its features to you (tickets, CRM, quotes, customer portal, etc.).
- Sending you operational notifications (new ticket, approved quote, notices about your account).
- Giving you support and improving the product.
- Complying with legal obligations and preventing misuse.
We do not use your information or your customers' information to sell it to third parties or for third-party advertising.
4.Where it is hosted
Your data is hosted with cloud infrastructure providers, with the information hosted in the United States (US East region). We apply encryption in transit and access control. Details on providers and timeframes are in the data processing documentation.
5.Who we share it with
Only with providers that allow us to operate (cloud hosting, sending of emails/notifications, payment processing), and only to the extent necessary to provide the service to you. These providers process the data on behalf of Nodux. We could also share it if the law requires us to. We do not sell it.
6.How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except for what we must keep by law. Deletion in Nodux cascades and is audited.
7.Your rights
At any time, you can:
- Access your data and export it.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and your data.
- Object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
To exercise them, write to us at soporte@nodux.link. You can also carry out many of these actions yourself from the app.
8.Cookies and similar technologies
We use the browser's local storage for essential functions (such as remembering your session and your theme preference) and we may use aggregated metrics to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9.Your end customers' data
When you upload your customers' data to Nodux, you are the one who decides what information to include and for what purpose. You are responsible for having the legal basis to process it. Nodux only processes it on your behalf and protects it with the measures described in Security.
10.Minors
Nodux is a work tool aimed at businesses and is not intended for minors.
11.Changes
We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will notify you through a reasonable means. The “last updated” date above indicates the version in force.
